COVID 19 transplant

My name is Maresa, the sweet man pictured is my soul mate Josh. August 16th he fell ill with covid 19, at 29 years old. He spent his 30th birthday in the hospital. Reid was his first hospital but that's a story in and of itself.... August 28th he was transferred to St Vincent hospital in Indianapolis, where he was placed on ecmo. They took him off ecmo 4 days later stating "he was doing much better" however less than 48 hrs, he threw a blood clot to which they weren't monitoring him for and it slipped into his lung. The Dr said several times "we are positive it's a blood clot, we just never found evidence that it was there" now they are telling me that I need to have him guaranteed a transplant room at a special facility otherwise they won't place him back on ecmo to help stabilize him. I am lost without him. I have prayed to God every day for a miracle... to bring him back home to our 5 babies and I. His name is Josh, he is my best friend and our families hero. And I will never stop fighting for him. Please help me save the love of my life, whose saved my life so many other times. God bless everyone.
