COVID Lawsuits

We are working to re-open Kentucky and enforce the United States Constitution. Funds raised will be used towards court costs and legal fees for litigation in state and federal court.
Specifically, we have incurred court costs, postage costs, filing fees, court reporter fees, in pursuit of two lawsuits to date in federal court (Roberts v. Neace and Ramsek v. Beshear), and will be incurring additional court costs, postage costs, filing fees, and court reporter costs in additional lawsuits.
Two other cases are planned: one for business re-opening, and one related to voting rights for the 2020 primary election.
We have incurred $1,000 in a bond required by the federal court to enjoin Governor Beshear and used/will use the funds for that as well.
Costs for the lawsuits will be paid before any attorneys are paid.
The costs and funds will be transferred to Chris Wiest, Attorney at Law, PLLC's Trust Account, and held there to cover court costs/out of pocket costs first, and then, if there are funds left over, to compensate the attorneys working on these cases.
The attorneys involved in handling this matter include Chris Wiest (http://www.cwiestlaw.com), Tom Bruns (http://www.bcvalaw.com) and Robert Winter, Jr., though with additional assistance we may get more help.
