Help fund Jonathan Andrews (Plaintiff & Solicitor) in his present and ongoing legal action against the Victorian State Government's suspension of constitutional civil liberties, based on questionable 'Drosten RT-PCR for novel coronavirus 2019' test and testing standards for recording SARS CoV-2 transmission and infectivity rates, during the COVID-19 crisis.
HIS LEGAL SUIT WAS FILED WITH THE SUPREME COURT OF VICTORIA, ON 24 AUGUST 2021 AND NEEDS FUNDING NOW FOR LEGAL COSTS AND DISBURSEMENTS IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY:
• Judicial Review of executive decisions by the Victoria State Government based on 'en masse' PCR testing data and as the purported scientific basis, for repeated lockdowns over 18 months, along with the 'coercion' of 'provisionally approved' vaccines.
Please note that this is neither a class action nor individual action for obtaining damages (compensation) from any of the defendants.
A victory in the Supreme Court of Victoria will however, give the Court discretion under 'prerogative / constitutional writ' to strike down executive decisions pertaining to the invocation of Emergency Powers, should the PCR results prove to be unreliable.
