Covid-19 Relief for Guyana

We are raising funds to purchase supplies to donate to nurses and other persons in need during this pandemic.
Social distancing, restaurant closures and local grocery stores running out of stock are making it difficult for residents, particularly those with limited means and mobility to find options for groceries.
The Citizenship Initiative and its members came together to address this need by helping to source, package, and deliver “Care Packages” - boxes full of culturally-appropriate grocery staples - to residents. These will be sourced from small local businesses to help support them through this period of decreased business due to COVID-19.
