Cow Seva Fundraiser

The Vedic Literature states that the cow is one of the seven mothers and it is always our duty as children to protect our mother.

Gomata Seva, also known as Cow protection is considered one of the topmost duties of every living being. It is considered just as important as protection of the Bhramanas (holy men), who share the knowledge of the science of the soul for the welfare of all humankind.

Here at ISKM Aus (International Sri Krishna Mandir), we run a Goshala (cow shelter) for the protection of our mother cow. We currently protect 4 cows and 2 bulls. We have been based in Kuranda for 4 years now but are now needing to move down to SE Queensland to secure larger and more suitable land for our Goshala. Unfortunately this comes at a considerable cost, we have been quoted $6000 to move all 6 from here to Sunshine Coast.

Being a small registered non profit organisation $6000 is quite a considerable amount. We are seeking in good faith donations of any size to help aid in the transport of these 6 beautiful cows so they may be protected for the full duration of their lives and find themselves on more stable greener pastures where we seek to expand our Goshala and capacity to protect more cows.
