He's depleted his finances to provide for his children's basic needs (My daughter was having to sleep on the floor I immediately bought her a mattress, my son only had one pair of underwear in 6 months despite me sending their mother THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS one month over $3400 and I can PROVE IT ALL!!!!!!), leaving him without the means to secure the legal help they so desperately need.

Update: Cops were at my house and I showed them the document were the perpetrator confessed to doing all the drugs while caring my kids. My wife who I am filing for divorce ASAP signed a document stating she agreed to move out. She tried to have the locks changed and the police escorted her off the premises. In retaliation someone either her or her family member filed a FALSE REPORT on me which knowingly making a false report of child abuse or neglect in Texas is a State Jail Felony offense. The punishment range for this offense is 180 days to 2 years in a State Jail Facility and a fine up to $10,000.

A CPS Case worker violated my rights and put my kids in direct danger that caused immense trauma I have Legal Shield and my attorney that gives the laws and information, not a attorney that represents me in court stated I need to contact the CPS case worker for Fort Worth TX and let her know this safety plan is not going to work as the circumstances have changed and that she will have to be subpoenaed before a judge and she stated a judge cant do S H I T.

It was at that moment I realized CPS of Fort Worth TX wasn't for the best interest of the children and they had another motive.

After I told the CPS case worker that CPS caused direct trauma to my kids by trying to have me sign a document without reading it, and she said oh were not like them and were sorry that happened. You have every right to have it reviewed then after the team meeting insisted I sign a document that said Page 8 of 9 and I asked her were the rest was she said its just everything that was discussed in the meeting go ahead and sign.

I told the CPS case worker of Fort Worth TX with all due respect these are my children involved here I want to see this in black and white and I am not signing anything without seeing what I am signing.

That's when I got to see the transcript of the things that were told by the Grandma who works for MHMR stated she wanted the kids and me out of the room while she discussed some things. The grandmother who works for MHMR spewed lie after lie while my kids were out of the room she just tried to dig dirt up on me and twisted my sons words.

I have all the text evidence were she abandoned her grand children and got her daughter out of rehab early. She knows the law and knows how a MHMR employee should act. If she abandoned her own grand children, how in the world can she be working at a place with children and she's suppose to be REHABILITATING them.

The perptrator's family ripped my kids from me and sent her to Plainview, TX and the most horrific things happened out there.

That family STOLE my CHILDREN from me once they realized their daughter had no long to stand on and they drained me of all my resources. They should be held accountable!

The last time the perpetrators family abandoned their grandkids they claimed I was starving my kids. The grandmother told me you know you have to call CPS on her then CPS set it up were I was unable to work I sold everything I owned, to make sure my daughters had a Valentine's Day.

Yeah I couldn't get them the gifts I really wanted to get them but I did what I could my daughters were going were going to have their Valentine's Day NO MATTER THE CONDITIONS or SITUATIONS.

LOVE is about sacrifice something those grandparents know nothing about and should be held accountable for what damage they did to growth of my kids and their future.

In this world Fathers are seen as trash automatically in situations like this and a change must be made and women who preach equal rights. What about EQUAL parenting rights!!!!!!!

A change must be made and it doesn't matter if someone's a male or female a father who loves his kids should never have his kids ripped from him. Especially when the perpetrator and her family put my kids through hell and feel no remorse at all, just continue to double down.

I hope this case gives every loving father hope and shows that when you LOVE someone you will go through the depths of hell to bring them HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!!

I messaged over 1,000 people, sent to every group I possibly could and my kids told me those people are not your friends. If they go to bars to pay for pool tournaments and buy beers and they don't even care about your kids safety that should tell you everything you need to know about them and sadly I had to AGREE with them.

My kids need a fresh start and a opportunity to be raised and not stolen from their dad AGAIN.

All parties MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Sadly the world has FORGOTTEN what that means.
