CPT Mark Spina Celebration of Life

If you have not yet been notified or heard, it is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of CPT Mark Spina, Operations Officer for the 91st Civil Support Team, on Monday, 18 December 2023.

My name is CPT Maram Sweis and I am organizing this on behalf of Joanne Spina, CPT Mark Spinas wife.

The CST and Military family would

like to come together and assist the Spinas with flower arrangements and miscellaneous items such as photos, frames,etc. for CPT Mark Spina’s Celebration of Life and National Memorial Ceremony. Any excess donations will go to the family for other funeral arrangements.

In addition, on behalf of Joanne Spina, rather than sending flowers to the family home, it is requested that donations be made to the following charities in CPT Spinas name:
