Captain America: A Real Veteran for Veterans

Help Us Bring Hope to Our Heroes
As a Captain in the Army, I’ve witnessed firsthand the sacrifices our brave men and women in uniform make to protect our freedom. But too often, once their service ends, they are left to fight an even tougher battle—one within themselves. Every day, veterans face the invisible wounds of war, struggling with mental health challenges that often go unnoticed.

That’s why I’m proud to support Stop Soldier Suicide, a non-profit organization committed to providing veterans with the mental health support they desperately need.

This March, I’m taking part in their Motorcycle Ride Challenge Fundraising Drive, and I need YOUR help. I’ll be traveling around the Pacific Northwest on my motorcycle, riding up to 4,500 miles in the month of March. I will be visiting veterans facilities, such as the VA Hospital, VFW, and Legion Halls in the surrounding area, dressed in full costume as Captain America. My mission is to making a difference by raising both funds and spirits—reminding our heroes that they are not alone in this fight.

That’s where you come in.

You can donate in on of three ways:

1) Make a Pledge
I’m asking for pledges of $0.01 per mile for up to 4,500 miles—that’s a max donation of $45. Every cent will go towards providing crucial mental health services for veterans in need.

2) Sponsor an in-person visit:
Alternatively, for $100, you can sponsor an in-person visit where I’ll come to your location dressed as Captain America, bringing a little extra hope and inspiration to those who support our mission. Once you make your $100 pledge, we’ll schedule a visit to make this happen!
Contact me through GoFundMe to schedule a meet-and-greet!

3) Donate:
Choose your own donation and pay what you are able! Just click the donate button below.

These veterans gave everything for us. Now, it’s our turn to give back. Your support could be the spark of hope they need to start healing.

Please consider making a pledge today. Together, we can fight for their future. Let’s make sure they know they’re not forgotten, and they never have to fight alone.

Thank you for your generosity and for supporting this incredible cause. Every mile counts. Every hero matters.

Sincerely,
Captain Jack, US Army Reserves
