Sandys surgery

Hi, my name is Sandy Hernandez. My doctor has advised that I have weight loss surgery to increase the quality of my life. I have several issues that weight loss surgery would improve, including heart issues and lupus. My insurance requires that I pay my out of pocket deductible before I can have the surgery. I am on disability and can't get a loan for it. I would be eternally grateful for any help with my goal!
