The Cracknell's
Here at General Tree Service, we are ALL family. To us, this means truly caring for each other, always going out of our way to help, and being there for one another through the good and the bad.
For over twenty years we’ve enjoyed the privilege of having Scott and Andrea Cracknell play a vital role in the General Tree Service family. Their selflessness and dedication are difficult to match. They’re always there to offer a helping hand and always shy away from asking for anything--even when they’re truly in need.
In January Scott had to undergo a total replacement of his shoulder. After weeks of slowly recovering, unable to use his right arm, he developed an infection. A second procedure was arranged, but the infection meant more pain, a longer recovery, more time away from work, and the uncertainty that the infection could return.
This would be a devastating blow to any of us. Imagine not knowing if you’ll have to go back to the emergency room. Not knowing if the intravenous antibiotics will work. Not knowing when you’ll be able to support your family… Not knowing how long this will last.
Scott and his family have been living with that uncertainty for months now and, through all of it, they’ve kept their chins up and continued to find ways to bring love and kindness to those around them. Life doesn’t stop just because times are hard.
We hope that you know you’re as much a part of the General Tree Service family as the Cracknell’s. Right now, part of your family needs help. With gratitude and humility we ask that you give what you can knowing the relief it will bring and the appreciate that will be felt.
Thank you from all of us for taking the time to learn about Scott and Andrea. Thank you for caring about them as deeply as we do.
