Hello. My name is Charles Henry and I am raising funds to help my brother, Craig Henry, get back on his feet after leaving the practice of medicine. Craig has submitted the following letter for your reading pleasure:

I now have my new official name: I can now be referred to as Dr. Craig 59378-177, while I am enjoying my glorious vacation and sabbatical at the Federal Camp Palace Resort and Retreat at Beaumont, Texas, starting October 24th.

As always, I keep my mindset positive, and I plan to take advantage of these next 10 months by focusing on several goals of mine as well as getting back in shape.

I enjoyed my nice house for the years I was meant to have it, and I've loved those huge parties and celebrations and a chance to decorate to the max. I've also enjoyed serving in Church Choir for a quarter century. I have been amazed by the presence and encouragement of family members, friends past and present, colleagues, and absolutely wonderful patients. You folks have always believed in me, and that means everything!

The future is presently unclear, although there are options. I can get by with what I have. However, if any of you are interested in offering some support and are interested in contributing funds as I make plans down the line, then please feel free to help a little in this Go-Fund-Me effort.

For those of you wishing to communicate while I'm indulging in my "retirement" 300 miles down south, please contact my Twin Brother (who as you know is far more identical than I am), by sending me a text message addressed to Charles, and he can provide information, as well as fill you in on details of how this whole situation gradually evolved, if you are interested. Humor is always appreciated, as are your thoughts and prayers. And hopefully in 10 months I will be back in the Metroplex as the same Craig Henry you have always known.

Funds will be distributed directly to Craig’s personal bank account ONLY. From there the funds will be used to pay expenses as they arise, and only for his benefit. I understand that GoFundMe will deduct fees per transaction so I hope to retain the majority of the donations pending his return home.
