Craig Macias - Recovery Effort

I am starting this GoFundMe campaign on behalf of my sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer Macias and Craig Macias. On March 3, Craig was diagnosed with not just one, but two brain tumors. As you can imagine, this news has been devastating for his entire family. Craig has his first surgery on Friday, April 7th and suffered a mild stroke. Unfortunately, they had to rush him back into the operating room on Monday, April 10th to perform another life-saving surgery.

The road ahead for Craig will be a long and difficult one. He will be in the hospital for at least six weeks and then will have rehabilitation, physical therapy, etc. Craig will be out of work for the foreseeable future, and Jen will also be missing a considerable amount of work as she and the kids navigate their new normal.

I am blown away by the amount of support Craig, Jen, and the kids have received, from their community, but I also know how quickly expenses add up. I am starting this GoFundMe to alleviate some stress and ensure that they have the financial resources they need to focus on his recovery without the added stress of financial burden.

Any contribution you can make, no matter how small, will make a difference. Even if you are not able to contribute financially, we ask that you keep Craig and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
