Craig Miller Jr

Early in 2014, Craig Miller Jr was diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer at the age of 39. On March 25, 2014, Craig underwent his first brain surgery at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Craig was always very health oriented. He watched his diet, did a lot of weight training and was a participant in several weightlifting competitions.
The cancer treatments wore him down, but he kept a good strong attitude and his faith in God became stronger than ever. He is a fighter!
Craig was doing remarkably well until this year. The cancer appeared to have spread according to several MRIs. In July of this year he had his second brain surgery, this time just a biopsy. There were conversations with his doctors about possible clinical trials in New York, but apparently none of the trials available were suitable for him and his cancer. So he started chemo and radiation once again. The doctors didn't want to risk more radiation but decided it was necessary to try to stop the spread. After his most recent MRI, he learned that the radiation had caused an extreme amount of swelling. The swelling has actually contoured his brain causing severe headaches and occasional slight confusion.
Craig is a married man with with two children and two step children. His medical bills are astronomical! While he can still work, it's been more light duty than he is used to. He is not getting overtime any more and the medical bills are mounting. He sometimes feel like he is letting his family down.
We have set up this GoFundMe to help with some of Craig's medical bills and hopefully relieve some of his stress along the way. Please give as you feel led to.
