Craig Pruett's Double Lung Transplant Recovery

In 2021, Craig Pruett was one of millions who fell extremely ill to Covid. A former Alabama State Trooper and part of the ALEA Task force, Craig was a very active Law Enforcement Officer who made a difference in lives of so many people. A family man who's lasting impression on many people were cut short due to the aftermath Covid left on his lungs. On a ventilator for almost a year, Craig's lung capacity was limited to a fraction of a healthy person and left him with an uphill battle each day to do simple tasks that we all take for granted like simply moving to another room.

Recently, Craig was approved for a Double Lung transplant, the only viable option for him to have any quality of life and more importantly, to give him a future with his family that he may not have otherwise. It is a selfless gift (lungs) that someone has given him and you can also give a gift as well.

However, this will come at a huge cost and will require quite a bit of assistance. I have asked Craig and Sara what we can do to help them once this transplant has completed because it will require Sara to continue caring for him without any income for the duration of his recovery.
