Craigslist puppy scam - saving Luna

We got Luna Sunday 4/25/21 from a man on Craigslist who claimed she's was up to date on her shots, had gotten her from a breeder and had recently found out that he was moving into an apartment that wouldn't allow her. He said he would send me all of the information he had on her. The following day when I asked for the information he had on her he never responded, this seemed fishy so I had the gut instinct to check craigslist again. Sure enough he was posting new post with similar descriptions and the same phone number leading me to believe he had to be running a scam. Soon after she started acting lethargic and was having tummy issues. I immediately took her to an emergency vet who diagnosed her with parvo. The testing alone was almost $200 and for them to further treat her they wanted $3800 up front just to start with, which I didn't have so I took her to planned pethood where they quoted me at around $1200. I received a call today from the vet stating that she wasn't doing well and had a 10-20٪ survival rate without more invasive treatment which involved plasma infusion treatment which was around another $200 and at this point that still only puts her survival rate at a 50/50 chance of survival. We're absolutely heart broken to see this little baby suffering and I have done everything in my power to try to give her the best fighting chance she could have aswell as try to warn others and attempt to hold this scam artist accountable for whatever shady things he's doing with these vulnerable puppies. Anything toward her care would be immensely appreciated, thank you
