Cramlington Blue Star need a grass cutter

We manage Cramlington Blue Star, a community football club in the heart of Cramlington but serving the wider community as well.

Each week we need to maintain great quality pitches for our players to play on. We have no fewer than 7 football pitches off all different sizes for our many different ages groups.

Our team of volunteers look after the pitches and draw on the lines, maintain the grass etc but currently we have to pay £100 a week to cut the grass. As the club runs on fund raising this is a huge cost.

This fund raiser is to buy a grass cutter so that we can maintain the pitches ourselves and save money each week.

We have all sorts of plans, and all of our teams will be doing things to raise additional funds but if you could spare a few pounds there are 250 kids who would be incredibly grateful.
