The Ancient Spanish Monastery Foundation is embarking on an exciting project to install five Guardians of Light sculptures, generously donated by internationally acclaimed French sculptress Laurence Panadero. These remarkable statues, known for their powerful symbolism and artistry, will soon grace the historic grounds of the monastery, creating a stunning new space for reflection and enjoyment.

This undertaking is a significant milestone for the Foundation, as it aligns with our broader efforts to restore and revitalize the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. The sculptures will be installed in the Southwest corner of the grounds, in a specially designated area called El Jardín de la Luz, or the "Garden of Light." This serene and thoughtfully designed garden will become a peaceful retreat where visitors can sit, relax, and be inspired by the breathtaking presence of the Guardians of Light.

To bring this vision to life, we are seeking support to fund two critical aspects of the project: clearing the gardens of invasive plants and constructing five pedestals on which these statues will be displayed. The removal of overgrown vegetation will not only restore the natural beauty of the area but also create an ideal setting for the sculptures, ensuring they can be appreciated in all their glory. The custom pedestals will provide a strong and elegant foundation for the statues, enhancing their visual impact and ensuring their long-term preservation.
