Support Health & Career Access for People of Color
Tax deductible
Today, nine out of ten Americans report that companies have not invested in recruiting or promoting Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC). As a result, we continue to struggle to get ahead in a system that isn't built to support us.
Hue is a 501(c)(3) public charity making an investment in BIPOC, to help pave the path to generational wealth for historically excluded BIPOC communities - and particularly women of color. Hue uses its funding to run community-centered programming, including:
-> Job Access - We provide direct contacts and access to jobs with pay transparency at leading companies, driving pay equity for all.
-> Mentorship - We provide 1-to-1 mentorship and coaching for career progression and development regardless of your experience level.
-> Events - We organize and host community-centered events for BIPOC to connect, support, and meet each other, along with hiring managers and senior executives.
-> Community Safe Space - We host a private community safe and brave space where we provide access to people and resources for career support and well-being.
All for free to BIPOC who need access.
As Hue’s new report “Unsafe, Unheard, Unvalued: A State of Inequity” demonstrates, issues facing BIPOC including discrimination, pay inequity, and lack of job opportunities continue to persist. BIPOC continue to be hit harder by the COVID-19 pandemic when it comes to access to health and suffering from discrimination, burnout, and even job loss at consistently higher rates.
We’re here to change that.
Our nonprofit has reached thousands across the country, helping to uplift BIPOC voices and challenges, showcase our undeniable talent and creativity, and pave real career opportunities with direct access to better jobs and resources to support our health and well-being.
Hue has helped so many people find their community - their people - and to reach jobs and companies they weren't able to before, so they can improve their access to health and stability during the pandemic. And we've shown the companies that we're out here and there is no talent pipeline problem. What we need are opportunities and access.
And we need your support. Our communities have been held back for too long.
Hue is raising funds that will help us keep running programs at no charge to BIPOC, to help build equity and prosperity. We do this work to build a quicker path to health, stability, and generational wealth for us all.
Every donation is fully tax deductible and helps to directly make an impact. This will support our work by funding the programming we’re running now and during the rest of this year.
Thanks in advance for your contribution - we really appreciate it - and for spreading the word to help us reach even more people who believe in our right to equal access and equal opportunity.
