Create Solutions Gets Physical!!

On 31st July we are taking part in a Tough Mudder event in Skipton.

…this is no walk in the park!

As you are already aware at Create Solutions we are very passionate about helping others and wellbeing. As a team we are very involved in the Miindful Manchester Wellbeing Committee and we also host Wellbeing sessions for our clients.

Now…. its time to get physical!

The team will tackle 20 challenging obstacles over a 10k course; known as the world’s best obstacle course & mud run – its more than just running

Our nominated charity is the Samaritans who provide support to a broad range of people with many different needs.

They are a unique charity who are there day or night offering emotional support for anyone who is struggling to cope.

They are there for people who need someone to listen and every 10 seconds their volunteers respond to a call for help.

They are there for people who desperately need someone.

Their volunteers want to help others, they are tolerant and open minded to support people from all walks of life.
