Creating a Better National Financial Environment

Hi
I am a crusader that has worked for over 26 years to fix the Healthcare Industry. During My investigations, I discovered there is a direct relationship between the growth of the Healthcare Industry and the loss of
the Manufacturing Industry. The main cause is that employers pay for their employee benefits and pay FICA taxes.
My goal is to create a Nation Medicare-For-All healthcare system along with a private healthcare system. The second goal is to eliminate the 7.5% FICA tax and replace it with a 4% income tax across each income revenue segment. The reason is FICA tax expense is paid before any service or product is sold and must be covered as a cost when determining the selling price. While the 4% income tax increase is paid after a service or good is sold and is a small share taken from profits.
The revenue paid by the employers for healthcare benefits will be paid directly to the employee and increase their income and take-home pay.
The biggest cause of the growth of healthcare expenses is the kickbacks the providers are forced to pay the private insurance companies. An insurance company is a third-party-payer and is supposed to pay the medical bills of its insured members. When the insurance company fails to pay the full amount billed to the patient the difference is the kickback paid to the insurance company. The providers must increase their charges to cover the kickbacks.
Our state consumer protection laws, Price Discrimination, state that all private pay patients must be priced the same for the same services. The definition of price is the actual amount of money collected for medical services. When a provider bills the non-insured patient the same charge as the insured patient but collects different amounts, they are committing an illegal act. The state and federal authorities must stop these violations. All patients must be charged the same lowest price for the same services and the actual charges must be collected. If the private-pay patient is insured, the insurance company must pay the amount billed. It is illegal for the insurance company to change the price; they have no legal right to do that.
The agency that has allowed the violations to grow year after year is the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS mistakenly believe a secret contract between the provider and an insurance company could supersede the tax laws. The IRS is actively fighting me in court to cover up their mistake. When asked to produce a law that supports their assumption and to provide evidence there is no tax fraud going on, the IRS is silent. They have no answer. At present approximately 80 percent of providers and 99% of insurance companies hide the kicks paid and received. Today out of every six dollars billed by a provider, the provider gets one dollar, and the remaining five dollars is a kickback. A kickback in the Healthcare Industry is a taxable obligation owed by the payer and the receiver. The estimate for tax revenues not being paid is $1.5 Trillion a year and a total of nine Trillion for six years. This is the same figure Secretary of the Treasury said was not being collected. As an IRS Whistleblower, I am entitled to 30% or $2.7 trillion.
To correct all the faults listed I am going to influence the 2022 election. I intend to follow each candidate, get them to agree to fix the problems. I will get a written commitment from each candidate during the upcoming primaries. I will support any candidate that is running against a candidate the does not want to fix these problems. I do not care which party they are associated with. This is a national problem, which must be settled in a bi-patrician manner.
To do this I need to build a strong and effective administrative group. To do this I need money to run the organization. Please contribute to building a strong financially supportive business environment. The future of our country is in your hands.
