'Stand in the Fire of Truth'  Robert Hanuman's Last Album

Robert Hanuman was a wonderful musician and composer. He wrote and performed so many songs in his too short life.  Robert died suddenly of a heart attack on 3rd January 2018.  Two days before this, he released his 1st album 'Let it all fall apart' .  He intended to start working on producing another album almost straight away and there were many songs that he recorded and were left stored on his laptop.
In the last few months, Unmani, Robert's wife, has started working with a professional sound engineer and musician (Sunny) to fix up the sound on these recordings (many of them were recorded at home without professional equipment), add instruments and voices, and mix them to create a similar sound and style to Robert's first album.  We would like to also include some of Robert's friends and family (including his 2 older sons and maybe even his youngest son of 4) singing and performing on this album in order to create a offering of love to this beautiful man who touched so many people with his heart and music.

All of this takes Sunny hours of work in the studio, as well as recording all the musicians, (some of whom travel from far and wide to come together to be recorded for this album), and then creating the final mix. Then comes the final production of the album including artwork and promotion.

Robert's lyrics are all inspired by his life experience and wisdom, as well as the words of his wife, Unmani who holds Meetings in Truth (or Satsang). Robert traveled around the world with Unmani and their son Sky, always with his guitar on his back. He would play a song or two at the end of every meeting with Unmani and during retreats. The music always took people into a deeper, more heart-felt, recognition of what Unmani was pointing to. People loved him and his music, and were so touched by how he held the space of the meetings with his energetic warm presence.

Progress So Far...
-I am happy to say that Sunny has already added the bass, percussion, guitar and backing vocals on 'What to do'.  Thanks to all 6 musicians who jammed on Robert's song and made the amazing transformation happen. Now Sunny needs to edit and mix it.
-On 'Beyond Words' Sunny has added 3 additional cellos and a piano. Step by step with your help we will be able to do more of this magic with all of Roberts last 12 songs.
