Creighton ILAC Service Program
Donation protected
Hello friends and family! My name is Elyce and I am a third year dental student at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. This summer, I am thrilled to be participating in the Creighton Institute for Latin American Concern (ILAC) Summer Health Program. Through this immersive program, Creighton students from multiple healthcare education disciplines will spend three weeks in rural communities of the Dominican Republic, providing health care to residents in small communities, while living alongside them, being immersed in the culture, and being a part of the family. This program focuses on building relationships defying cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic barriers. I am asking for donations to fund my flight to the Dominican Republic, supplies for our dental clinic, and fees associated with room and board, etc.
This opportunity will deeply impact my dental education and more importantly provide much needed dental care to underserved communities in the Dominican Republic. No amount is too small, and any contribution or share of this link will be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your generosity.
