Cremation for "Wild Bill" Shipley

Hi, I am Vicki Shipley, Bill Shipley's wife of over thirty years. As he fades fast, too fast really from this bladder cancer, I find I am quickly going to be left with an expense I can't afford. His future cremation. We are doing a "direct cremation". No service. Please give to this instead of flowers and cards or donate in his name to the American Cancer Fund if you prefer.

Another thing is that once he passes, we lose his income which is my main support. I have a very small Social Security as does his brother who lives with us because of that and he's not well either. It looks like I will not be able to afford our rent as Bill supports us. So I ask all his friends to please consider giving.

He prizes his friends and their friendship. Everyone he meets becomes goods friend. He's a people person. Outgoing and smiling. He loves his Washington Wild Things and has been a loyal team fan since they started here. He could be found every home game watching and chatting up a storm. I think his soul lived for this and all the friends he has made here since moving to PA in 2000. My sincerest thanks for being his friend. I know I will miss this man I've loved for all these years so badly, and I know you will miss him too. I ask this...please give. Thanks.
