Women in crisis need your help. They need safety, counseling, support, and sometimes just a listening ear. Help us help them by donating to Crisis Center North so that we may continue to provide free, 24-hour services to victims of domestic violence in the Pittsburgh area.
Crisis Center North is committed to assisting victims of domestic violence in our community through a variety of resources and confidential services. The Center provides free empowerment counseling and advocacy to adult, teen, and child victims of domestic violence in the northern and western communities of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Crisis Center North also provides educational programming to community and school programs.
In addition to traditional services, Crisis Center North also employs the first four-legged court advocate in Allegheny County, Penny. She has been a member of our staff since 2010 and works alongside victims to comfort them during counseling and in courtrooms.
Services are provided to individuals regardless of race, age, gender, disability, economic status, or sexual orientation.
