Cristal Marie Churchill-Ginn Memorial

Our beloved Certified Nurse Midwife Cristal Churchill-Ginn passed away unexpectedly in her home on Saturday August 20th. Cristal has been a beloved midwife with Lee Community Health OB/GYN and will be missed immensely. Outside of work Cristal was a wife, daughter, sister and beloved mother to her daughter. At work Cristal was a kind and compassionate midwife, she has been a midwife since 2010 and prior to that she was a nurse. She cared very deeply for her peers and most of all for the patients she was caring for. She came to Florida from Ohio where she commuted to work as a midwife in Michigan. She chose to travel to where she felt she could do her best work and help people. She will be missed by all who knew her. We are asking for privacy for the family during this extremely hard time.
