Critical Care Nurse has life savings stolen

UPDATE: After verifying and acknowledging that this scam should NEVER have happened - CHASE bank is still unwilling to reverse the amount that was stolen and has CLOSED Avalon's case! SHAME on CHASE bank!

Only $1449 was refunded to Avalon's account as the THIEF had fraudulently withdrawn the rest of the stolen money.

Avalon, a long-term nurse and a long term friend of mine, had her life savings stolen from her by a scammer. Even though Chase bank is aware that it was a scam and the scammer used AI and technology to obtain the funds illegally, they are not willing to reverse the funds.

She works hard as a registered nurse, and put in many hours, tears and heart working through Covid for the community. We all know how difficult it is to save money - especially as a single parent.

I hope you can find it in your heart, to give any amount to help her recuperate some of the funds that were stolen from her. Sharing is also just as helpful and appreciated.
