Dear Friends, Family and Colleagues,

As Jad’s Best man it is with a very heavy heart that I come to you with this fund raising request following the unexpected passing away of our beloved Jad Bridi at the very young age of 41 on July 2nd in Zurich.

I appeal to you to contribute here so we can all come together to bridge Jad’s family with necessary financing through this tragic time.

Jad was the sole breadwinner, supporting (6 dependents) both:

(1) his family in Zurich (his spouse Rita and their two beautiful little daughters), and

(2) his family back home (old parents and a sister) all requiring continuous expensive medical care.

Jad’s family in Zurich find themselves in an impossible situation where they are having to leave their rented home by end of July. Meanwhile, they are unable to move to their new home, because the bank’s mortgage is now suspended. This will be an expensive legal dispute which will take months if not years to resolve.

ALL their savings were invested towards the purchase of this house and are now being held back by the seller. Access to any other remaining assets is blocked by the complex and lengthy inheritance process in Switzerland. Rita is stuck.

The funds raised will go towards:

(1) Arranging immediate suitable accommodation for the kids and Rita

(2) Offering Rita the resources to protect and recover their capital

(3) Covering family’s 12-18 months of expenses until the complex Swiss inheritance process concludes

Thank you for your empathy, compassion, generosity and support.
