Crushed car and storm damage EAST ATL

EDIT: I have just been informed by homeowners that the State of GA does not require them to cover my car loss. I only carry liability on the car because of its age. Homeowners insurance told me its a total loss. I am speechless and devastated....

Greetings- As some of you might know my daughter and I are still navigating serious damage caused by the great Christmas flood + dealing with renovation nightmares.

I am in between jobs/careers at the moment and a single parent. Monday that huge explosive storm knocked over the neighbors tree extensively damaging their home and crushing my car. The tree ripped the power lines from both our houses and power cannot be repaired until contractors repair the damage and that could take days and lots of $$$. My daughter and I are currently carless in a house with no electricity with our kitties. As I wait to hear back from insurance I need to figure out a short term plan, car rental... rent a generator etc. Also theres the deductible which won't be pretty. Any help is much appreciated. Everyone is safe including neighbors and neighbor dog but it was pretty scary being home when it toppled.
