Active for Crusheen GAA astro

Crusheen GAA are on the move. We are starting out on creation of a new future and new facilities for all those who are active in the parish. Our dream is for a socially inclusive environment for all those who live in our community coupled with the strongest presence for our GAA sports to thrive and expand.

Phase 1 of our development of Crusheen GAA grounds include a new astro facility, new entrance, refurbished dressing rooms and car park facility. 

The funding campaign is officially commencing with ACTIVE FOR ASTRO  and we are asking all in the Parish of Crusheen/Ballinruan to ensure phase 1 will be completed on the scheduled time by supporting the first of many events that will allow people to get out meet, converse and support.

We are proposing over the May bank holiday weekend from Friday 30th April to Monday 4th May that 3000km will be a target that might change over the weekend. Crusheen GAA would encourage everyone to walk 5km a day each day over the long weekend.
