save Crusty, 7-month-old kitten with atresia ani

Hi, I'm Catherine and I fostered Crusty from about 4 weeks of age. She was slow to develop unlike her sisters and, after taking her to a vet, we learned that Crusty has a birth defect that needs to be corrected by reconstructive surgery. The vet's estimate was 10k but we are trying to find a cheaper alternative, maybe in Tijuana, Mexico. We have no heart to return her to the shelter because she will be for sure euthanized. She is really small and skinny for her age, often in pain, and cannot thrive, but she is cute, cuddly, and absolutely adorable.
