Crystal- mom of 5 needs our help

Some of the most deserving people in the world don't ever get the chance to catch a break, ever. This is the story of a beautiful woman, inside and out, who is the definition of kindness, sacrifice, and love. My beautiful friend Crystal is in need of just a small portion of the charity she has shown to so many others throughout her life.
I am asking for this money to help my dearest friend get back up again after the many let downs she has endured over the past few years.
Over the past few years she has seen the loss of a child, her marriage, her career, her home, and now even the minivan that gets her 5 children to and from, is broken down. These funds will help Crystal with the purchase of a reliable vehicle, and will help lift some of the financial burdens she is carrying. She asks for nothing and is too humble to do so. This is why I am making this plea on her behalf.
I can't go on without a brief description of Crystal, and why she is so incredibly important to me and so many people who's lives she has made better. I call her my angel, as do many of her friends whom she has touched so deeply with her beautiful soul. She has helped so many people find the light in the darkness, and this is what I want for Crystal.
A few years ago, Crystal lost her oldest son Kaelin to a rare blood disease called HLH. Kaelin was a warrior and fought his disease on and off for 5 years, with his mother and family at his side, every step of the way. After two bone-marrow transplants, years of living in a hospital bed, medications that took their toll on his little body, and many many tears, Kaelin passed away at the tender age of 13. Crystal courageously continues to participate in fundraising for the research of this disease that shattered her world.
Despite having good health insurance, the financial burden the medical bills and other expenses left behind was overwhelming for this family of 8. Their debts are heavy and their credit is slow to recover.
Soon after her sons passing, Crystal and her husband separated. She moved with her children back to her hometown to be closer to her family for much needed support. Now she is raising her 5 children- ages 2 through 13, as a single mom, struggling to keep up with her families needs. Even with all the support she gets from their dad, the debt this family carries is a heavy load.
A few weeks ago, Crystals minivan started to break down. Even the air conditioning stopped working in the 110 degree heat of the St. George summer. Yesterday, her minivan finally succumbed to its mechanical issues and is no longer operational. Also, her washing machine recently took a dive, and the laundry a family of 6 can pile up in a week has become yet, another heavy load my friend is burdened with.
I could go on and on to describe the many other burdens my friend Crystal has had to endure, but through it all she has remained humble, kind, charitable, beautiful, and an anchor in so many of her friends and families lives. She's a wonderful mother and friend. Crystal deserves so much more than the cards she's been dealt. Please give graciously to my beautiful friend.
Forever grateful for your kindness,
Lisa
