Michael Allen

Hi everyone,

My name is Emily, and I was a very good friend of a beloved father and son, Michael Allen. Michael was tragically hit and killed in a hit and run in Louisville, KY on January 18th 2024.

Michael’s daughter, Claire has been left without a father. We are working to come together to help raise funds for not only his memorial, but for his daughter Claire.

Angelsea (Claire’s mom) was receiving help from Michael at the time for her daughter, so these funds will also be distributed to her for Claire.

Michael was our roommate, and had lived with us for nearly 1 year at the time of the accident.

He was working very hard and saving funds to help his daughter with school, childcare, and was looking forward to her birthday.

Michael was one of the kindest, most genuine human beings I have ever encountered. He has been in my life, and my children’s since they were infants.

He woke up every day, went to work, and came home exhausted ready to go the next day.

He was just minutes from home when this happened.

Any funds will go directly to his daughter and his memorial.

An arrest has been made in this case.
