Heart procedure and medical bills

Hi im Christian Serate  almost a 38 years old in a few days and a head of household,  I'm raising this fundraiser for me and my love ones had 3 kids that would love to see walk the aisle and graduate from college.  Unfortunately 6 years ago our life change forever when i got a heart attack at the middle of the night in our home in Puerto Rico after that start a new journey for us.. moving out of the island because don't have any chances to survive their without a good threatment... move to Connecticut and got one of the most respectable cardiologys in the nation that do a proceed in me that save my life.  I arrive to CT with less than 10 percent of cardiac functionality and the doctor implant in me an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) since then my fucntionality goes up and was able to work, but the copays/deductibles and other medicals bills continue to growth because my insurances, Being almost 5 years of the implant and is time to change the battery or maybe replace the devices i had to be without providing support to my family for a few months and also need to pay the physicians , prescriptions and everything else.  This mean a lot to me and my family would be the greatest present all of you can gave us.. Me and my love ones would be forever grateful.


Saludos soy Christian Serate un joven de casi 38 anos en algunos dias y jefe de familia.  Estamos comenzando esta campana para mi y mis seres queridos, tengo 3 ninos que me encantaria verlos graduarse de colegio y casarse.    Desafortunadamente nuestras vidas cambiaron una madrugada hace 6 anos cuando me dio un ataque cardiaco y de ahi comenzaron a descubrir en mi muchas cosas,   ahi comenzo nuestra aventura hacia los Estados Unidos especificamente hacia Connecticut donde me atendio uno de los mejores cardiologos de la nacion y procedio con el metodo de ICD ( Implante de desfibrilador cardiaco) por que mi funcionalidad cardiaca era menor de 10 porciento, despues de eso mi funcionalidad subio pero aun sigue muy por debajo del 40 porciento, pero nos mudamos a la Florida ya hace 4 anos y mi seguro medico he tenido que pagar los copagos y deducibles y ha pasado ya 5 anos y tengo que comenzar el proceso de tal vez reemplazo de el ICD o no aun no sabemos lo que los cardiologos tienen en mente para mi.  Solo se que ellos quieren que para ponerme en la lista para transplante de corazon debo dejar de trabajar y solicitar el ssi y ss, creanme lo intente y me lo denegaron aun con mi condicion de salud que en el pasado mes ha empeorado.  Solo pido de ustedes 2 cosas mucha oracion por que Dios lo puede todo y cualquier donativo que puedan hacer y ayudar a mi familia de llegar a la meta.  Muchas gracias y les estaremos por siempre agradecidos.
