Treatment for Sierra

For those who don’t know Sierra, she’s a ball of energy with crazy ideas. Sometimes we can’t control her. Trust me, we’ve tried. Throughout her battle, Sierra has endlessly fought for the community. She continues to fight, but now on a grander scheme.

As the community may or may not know, Sierra has been battling Lupus for a few years. Lupus is an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues. It causes inflammation of the kidneys, nervous system, brain, and brain blood vessels. There's no way to sugar coat the situation. Recently, her condition has worsened. It has required intense and frequent treatment and that, unfortunately, is beyond what she can afford. The next steps are for her to undergo a month-long treatment program. Even with unexpected news, we are holding onto hope.


Sierra organizes and hosts gaming events and tournaments. She also works at a Gaming Venue called Knockout Esports Arena in Clovis, CA to provide a hub for gaming enthusiasts. Sierra constantly says she does not want to let the community down. She wants to continue to plan events and provide support for the community she works with. When asked what she wants to do in life, she said "I want to give people jobs doing what they love".
