Hope Animal Shelter

Hi everyone, my name is Shahnda and I’m fundraising for Hope Animal Shelter.

Hope Animal Shelter has been rescuing hundreds of dogs from the streets of Egypt from neglect, abuse, and severe conditions. The shelter has been running for 8 years but has unfortunately reached a point where they cannot afford to continue saving these animals and keep their shelter running.

At this time, the shelter is feeding and caring for 440 dogs. Donations are urgently needed to pay for food, rent, and employees. Most of the dogs are disabled and in severe conditions, they are now being cared for in a safe and loving environment but this isn’t guaranteed for long. Without funding, the shelter will be forced to close and most of the animals will be back on the streets. In Egypt, stray dogs are commonly poisoned by the government, Hope Animal Shelter may be the last hope for many of these dogs.
