Support Alzheimer's Awareness for my Dad

Hey everyone. Most that know me know my father, who is 73 and living in a nursing home in a memory care locked-down unit, suffering from a rare form of dementia called Lewy body dementia. He is a very strong guy, but this disease is kicking his butt.

I am teaming up with my father’s nursing home and trying to raise awareness for Alzheimer's as it has impacted my father and our family in its entirety. My goal is to raise $1,000 or more to support this cause in hopes that in the future there can be further medical knowledge for this disease and it won’t impact other families in the way it has mine.

There will be a Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, November 9th. I will be participating in the walk. Feel free to message me if you’re interested, and I can give you further details. Help me raise $1,000 by 11/9 to help support a cause I strongly believe in. I also know many others who have known or had family members suffer from this same disease.
