Cubbie For The Clubhouse

In Ireland 1 in 5 people have sensory issues while 1 in 65 have Autism. A sensory Cubbie in the clubhouse will allow children and adults in the community to engage in daily activities. Through our partnership with Mayo Autism Camp we have seen the need for a Cubbie first hand.

2019 saw the beginning of Mayo Autism Camp at Manulla Football Club. The Training programmes and camps that are run throughout the year have become a huge success.

Manulla Football Club has decided to install A Sensory Cubbie to benefit all children and adults. 

We will be the first sporting club to install a CUBBIE other that the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

 

“The Cubbie delivers the person’s unique sensory programme, helping them regulate and better participate in daily activities like school, work and play.”

 

The Sensory Hub ( CUBBIE) offers a multi-sensory space to both children and adults and can adapt to the individual needs of each user. It delivers a total sensory management system, which reduces sensory overload and disruption.

 

Manulla FC is delighted to introduce CUBBIE to our club. All members and visitors who participate in our club's activities can do so with more enjoyment and participation. 

Cubbie will be available to the wider community and will be accessible at all times.

Manulla Football is an all inclusive club and we ask you to support us and the great work of Mayo Autism Camp to ensure that everyone in our community gets every  opportunity in life which sport is a hugh part of.
