Loneliness is an invisible epidemic that affects millions of lives worldwide. It creeps into our hearts, isolates us, and leaves us yearning for connection. But what if we could change the narrative?
The way many of us meet each other online is broken. People feel excluded before even speaking to anyone and it impacts their mental health. Our mission is to radically change the apps that people use to meet each other. We’re not here to profit from collective suffering of loneliness; instead, we’re driven by a desire to create a platform that serves the people, by the people.
Meet Lioz
Lioz, a spirited 3-year-old with a heart as big as his smile, has been blessed with golden curls since birth. Now over a foot long, he’s ready to part with them —for a cause that’s close to his mum’s heart.
Jessica’s Vision
Lioz’s mum, Jessica, a dedicated medical student, is the driving force behind this heartwarming initiative. Developing an innovative app called Cubble, designed to connect people who feel isolated, whether due to age, illness or circumstance, from friendship to love, and everything in between.
But how do they fund this noble endeavour? That’s where Lioz’s bravery comes in. We aim to cut Lioz’s hair in April and have it made by a local wigmaker and ensure that the wig will go to someone in need in our local community.
