On the 19th May 2021 I was involved in a major road traffic accident in Pembrokeshire. I was a passenger in a car that was hit at 60 mph where I took the full brunt of the impact and suffered multiple major injuries.

If it wasn't for Welsh Air Ambulance, I would not have made it to hospital as quickly and my injuries sustained would have been a lot worse. Luckily I was able to make a full recovery and I feel indebted to their service.

On the 19th May 2024, exactly 3 years after the accident, I am running the Bristol Half Marathon to both raise money for a charity close to my heart and also as a testament to how far I've come.
