In our commitment to nurturing and protecting our environment, we aim to build a seed bank, create a tree nursery, and reforest the land. Our goal is to establish a food forest with medicinal plants and herbs, providing organic nourishment while minimizing harm to the Earth. We believe that through a combination of innovative and traditional techniques, we can create a symbiotic environment that supports not only us but generations to come.
Our journey hasn't been without its challenges. The project has stretched our resources, including our savings and inheritance. The physical demands of such a substantial project have proven more strenuous than we anticipated. We also find ourselves in need of skilled tradesmen for the larger tasks that require expertise beyond our own.
Furthermore, we face time constraints and limitations in handling the vast landscape and infrastructure development on our own. We are eager to introduce more animals to assist with the terrain, but the necessary materials and labor are a significant expense. Our plans also include restoring a beautiful granite ruin that carries a rich history. We are determined to give it the respect it deserves and breathe new life into its walls.
As we continue to implement natural irrigation and ponds, our commitment to the land's renaissance is unwavering. We recognize the invaluable importance of this project, one that seeks to leave a legacy of sustainability and love.
