Cure Marceline's Rare Blastomycosis Diagnosis
Donation protected
Hello friends, family, acquaintances, & strangers!
A few days ago my sister's cat, Marceline the Vampire Queen, was diagnosed with a rare infection called Blastomycosis. Blastomycosis is an infection that is caused by a fungus that lives in moist soil/decaying wood & leaves and is deadly if not treated. This infection has affected Marceline's lungs and her ability to breathe.
Fortunately, treatment is available for this infection and the odds are good. However, since the possible side effects of the medication include kidney and liver damage, the treatment is very, very costly as she needs to be closely monitored.
We're reaching out to ask for donations to help subsidize the costs for curing Marceline from this infection so she can have a long, happy & loving life!
Fun facts: Marceline, or Marcy, was named after the Adventure Time character Marceline the Vampire Queen due to her black fur! She was adopted from the shelter in late July and is estimated to be around 2 years old. Marcy is very sweet and loves all humans and getting pets! She has a brother named Cheerio, and they enjoy playing together.
She has been at the emergency vet for 3 nights so far, so donations will help offset the costs (about $2k a day).

We appreciate any donations in advance, and Marcy and us couldn't thank you enough!
