Curt and Jeannie Strickland Duncan

My cousin Jeannie and her husband Curt are really having a tough time right now.  I have copied her latest Facebook post to share.
These 2 are the strongest people you will ever meet but they have a long road ahead of them. She is in a wheelchair and Curt is her main caregiver.I just want to help lessen the financial burden. I know that will help so much.

Curt made it through the procedure today. They are going to place a feeding tube tomorrow because he has lost too much weight. They need to get him healthier before the big surgery. They have to coordinate dates and times with oral, plastic, and oncology surgeons. They are pretty booked up now. He will lose all of his lower teeth. They will replace his cheek, part of his tongue and part of the floor of his mouth. Then he will have a lot of speech therapy. the doctor said there is a 50% chance of getting all the cancer with the surgery. This is absolutely the scariest thing I have ever seen, this real!!! As far as we know now, we will be going home the end of this week then coming back for surgery. Please pray that God gives Curt has the strength and faith to get him through this. Pray that we can both be prepared emotionally and mentally for the next part of our journey.
