Hi, my name is Curtis, and I am going to be having surgery to amputate my left leg above the knee. This is due to a non-healing infection after a knee replacement over a year ago. This will be taking place in the next couple of weeks. I am trying to raise money for medical and other expenses that will not be covered by insurance after my upcoming surgery. The donations will be used for supplies and other essential needs like gas money for Dr appointments, outpatient rehab if necessary, adaptive aids (E.G. shower chair, W/C, walker, cane, stump supplies, etc.), not covered by insurance. I assure you, our need is great, we are on a fixed income, my wife receives disability and mine is still in the process. Please donate what you feel led to, as every dollar counts.
