#Helene: Help Curve Studios Artists in Asheville

Directly fund #Helene business owner survivors in Asheville NC River Arts District. I'm Michelle Tennant Nicholson in Hurricane affected area creating this fund for all the artists at Curve Studios currently devastated by Hurricane Helene.

Sadly Curve Studios is not going to reopen. All the artists will have to find new studios and replenish all the materials lost.

The studios flooded up to halfway up the second-story windows. Everything on the first floor is destroyed. The artists managed to evacuate some of their work. But much is lost.

She and her studio mates will need to replenish their livelihood completely brought to a halt by this apocalyptic storm. Whatever you can give helps these artists resettle and start their businesses in another location: $5, $10, $100, $1000, or what you can afford. Want to make a difference? This is your chance. I received texts from friends who want to help survivors directly so I'm creating this fund for Maria and River Arts District Business owners. She and I will distribute all funds you send to rebuild River Arts District businesses, like hers, in Asheville.

And thank you to Jen Starr for suggesting I start this fund in the midst of my own overwhelm from the devastation I'm seeing all around me. Whole towns have swept away. It's shocking to all of us. Again, no donation is too small. If everyone reading this gives even $1, we will be able to rebuild. We are all stronger, together; even in the face of apocalyptic devastation.
