Custody Hearing for Shane!

Hello friends and family <3

Please help me help my brother Alex in his custody battle for his son, Shane! Asking anyone for help is not something Alex wanted to do, so I am asking for any type of support in this, even if it's just praying for their family.

Shane is an amazing 5-year-old little boy who absolutely loves his dad! Alex and his ex have been separated since Shane was born and Alex has tried to keep it cordial this entire time. She is now taking it upon herself to take Alex to court and try to take full custody, and completely blindsided Alex. They had previously decided on 50/50 custody, and he doesn’t understand why this is happening.

Alex is one of the best dads I know, loves Shane with all his heart and only wants the best for him! He hates that it has come to this but will fight for Shane until the very end. He was just notified that the court date will be on August 23rd, and he needs any support from his friends and family.

Trying to work as much as he can to support Shane and to save for his upcoming baby girl, he is struggling financially to obtain a lawyer, in the timeframe given, for these new legal expenses. He is emotionally drained and stressed to the max at the worst possible time.
