For Mum - in the hope of helping others

In February 2022, mine and my families lives changed forever when we tragically lost our beloved mother Carol due to mental health illness adding to the immense pain of losing our Uncle Paul, my mother’s brother to the same condition 32 years ago in the same tragic circumstances. Both committing suicide.

Now with the help of my brothers, Matthew, Ieuan, Josh, our partners and our good friends, I want to raise the awareness of mental health and the challenges that it presents to people on a daily basis.

On Wednesday 3rd August 2022, Myself, Matthew and a small group of friends will be trekking The Beacon Way walk covering a distance of 159km (99 miles) over the space of 5 days, it’s not an easy hike and it’s not in any of our comfort zones, it will be extremely difficult at times but we are willing to handle this challenging experience in the hope of making a difference.

Help us raise the awareness of mental health issues by supporting our cause and in turn, help each other by always being there for each other.
