We can't contain our excitement as this means we will be representing our beloved country in the European Ecotrophelia Competition at Anuga Expo in Cologne, Germany on 8-9 October 2023. But we need your help to make it happen!
"Peelaste" is not just a product to us; it's our passion, our labor of love. As a team of dedicated students from the Food Chemistry Laboratory at the University of Athens, Greece, we have poured our hearts and souls into creating this eco-friendly snack, crafted from potato peels. Our mission is not only to reduce food waste but also to show the world that sustainability can be utterly delicious!
We have come a long way, overcoming challenges and refining our recipe to perfection. The "Peelaste" crackers are bursting with flavor, offering a guilt-free snack option that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary preferences.
