Help Widow with expenses

Donation protected
Hi everyone, I’m starting a fundraiser for my mother, Gidget, after losing my father, her husband of 31 years, unexpectedly during our yearly vacation.
My mother has been a homemaker for 25 years, being led solely by my father with all of the expenses and in all of life. Below I will write his story and our story so the picture of our lives are painted clearly.

Gabriel Anasha Young (Sr.) The most wonderful husband. The most wonderful father. Filled his life with friendship in any place he would enter. His death was an absolute tragedy, a death that has made a permanent hole in the hearts of all that knew him. He was full of love, full of light. He was the funniest person, with a sense of humor that will last forever. He was the man to lean on in happiness and in strife. He was a man of courage, of strength. Dignity & Grace. Most importantly, he was a man of the Lord. Leading his family to the Creator of Heaven and Earth, King Jesus. On our yearly vacation to lovely Colorado, we found ourselves fishing and enjoying time at the lake only a day before we were going to leave back home… Gabe decided to go out on his paddle board to do some fishing out on the lake which was a common occurrence. Accompanied by only himself, Panther Martin trout lures, and his fishing rod; he was surrounded by what he loved most: God’s creation. Beautiful pine trees and aspen trees painted around him at almost 10,000 feet in elevation. He was in his natural habitat, fishing in nature. Drastically, he passed away while on the lake, doing what he loved most. His wife, his family, and Mineral County Search and Rescue searched for 28 hours in total before he was finally discovered. He leaves behind his beautiful wife, Gidget Young, their wonderful sons, Gabriel Young Jr. and Zachary Young, their daughter, Grace Young, two amazing grandsons, Gabriel Young III and Ezra Young. Two beautiful daughter-in-laws, Alexis Young and Sedona Young. Along with his lifelong friends and many other loved family members. Due to this unexpected, heart wrenching tragedy, his wife Gidget Young is now left as a widow, juggling the many hats Gabe so deeply loved to wear by being the only financial provider in the household and the man who led it all. We are hoping for God’s miracle to be upon us and our family as we navigate a life without him. We hope to be filled with God’s blessings and trust that if it is His will, it will be done and we will reach our goals.

Financially, we hope to pay off the house mortgage, and remaining bills to give our mother, Gidget Young, a chance to breathe without the stress and sadness overtaking. Most importantly, we wish to spread awareness on behalf of paddle boarding safety and knowing that eternity is real; and spending it in heaven is a MUST.
To do so, accepting and believing Jesus Christ is Lord, who was born of a virgin, died on the cross and rose from the dead did so for you and for myself and everyone on this earth. We hope that we will see you in eternity. And we thank you for your contributions:) May God Bless you all.
