Dana Strong

Hi, my name is Patty and my niece Dana who is only 33 years old with 3 young children had a full liver transplant. We thought this would finally heal Dana, however her main aorta was not working to bring the blood to her new liver. Due to this she was fully opened again for another 5 hour surgery. As you can imagine, this has taken a huge toll on her husband, children and family who have been going through this with her for months. Yet again we thought everything was going to be ok but now they have to open her again for another major heart surgery. Our family is beyond, stressed, devastated, exhausted and praying so hard!! The kids miss their mom! Dana must stay in a hotel right next to the hospital where she was treated because she has to be checked everyday, this isn't just a regular surgery, it's life or death. The hospital is 3 hours away from her home, so it is impossible for her to safely travel to and from the hospital everday. It is very hard for all of us to understand, but this poor mom, wife, daughter, niece is in a very hard situation!! I am kindly asking if you can donate to her family so she can stay near the hospital to get the medical needs that are life saving for her. Her family but mostly husband and children need their mom.
