Cycle for Change : We're reclaiming wellbeing

Donation protected
Tragically, 3139 people died by suicide in Australia in 2020, and more than 65,000 Australians make a suicide attempt every year.

It's too many, and it needs to stop!

As those who know me are aware, I have a diagnosed mental health condition that I chose to ignore for much of my adult life, left unchecked and untreated, the consequences of which were almost irreversible.

That’s why I’m again taking part in the PukaUp Cycle for Change to honour those who sadly lost their battle and, ultimately, their lives to suicide. The ride will also raise funds for the Foundations of Wellbeing program.
Foundations of Wellbeing is a 10-week, 10-module online program that takes 10 hours to complete. The course proactively focuses on equipping people with practical tools and resources to help them understand and proactively manage their mental health. Helping people to stay healthy is our goal!
I realise times are tough financially for many, so I just ask that if you can spare some money, then we would be grateful for your support. If you can’t support me financially, then all I ask is your help to spread the word.

If you would like to support PukaUp, there is an opportunity to make a donation to the bike ride here. Thank you.
